So, I've read that it takes 21 days to form a habit.
But, then I read thats just a myth.
Maybe its more like 45 another source says.
Maybe you are super self-disciplined and forming a new habit just means deciding one day to do just that. Or maybe you tend more towards struggling to keep going with something when you say you are going to. Whether that applies to a new eating plan, reading your bible (or one of the other books that sits on your side table waiting for you to continue past the first chapter), exercising, saving money, etc. Whatever that is, we all have to do the same thing at some point: just start doing it.

I decided to start blogging again because I want to challenge myself to form some new patterns and to continue working on old ones that I have started before. Maybe some of them are going well and maybe some have fallen to the wayside. I'm guessing we all have a little of both in our lives, yes?
This series will be a combination of things:
1. A heart of thankfulness
2. A motivator to invest into and form good patterns with the things I am thankful for
3. Use creative juices to do some design work
I'll share practical things that have helped me and areas that I have struggled in.
At any rate, I hope it challenges you to look around your life and see how God can help you overcome weaknesses, broaden your ability to be thankful for all you have, and inspire you to stretch yourself in areas you need to see growth!
